We note that Rep. Trent Franks in his first term in Washington showed unusual contempt for pro-life principles by his unwavering support for the aggressive war and occupation in Iraq.
Thousands of Americans and Iraqis have died as a direct result of thoroughly discredited statements promulgated by the Administration, and Rep. Franks has shown no sign of repentance, nor has he followed his Constitutional duty to hold the Administration accountable for its misrepresentations. His position for war is incongruous with his long-standing profession as a Pro-Life leader. Congressmen Franks is a publicly professed evangelical Christianity. The apostle James 1: 8 observed:
“A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.”
We seek an answer to one question, “IS CONGRESSMAN FRANKS PRO-LIFE OR IS HE PRO-AGGRESSIVE WAR? Project Strait Gate believes a Followers of Christ cannot be both.
