One would think that a Christian would be, first, a follower of Jesus. Not so, with Neo-Christian Zionism theology as explained by the International Christian Embassy Jerursalem in a piece entitled, “Christian Zionism 101: Giving definition to the movement.” Notice that there is no mention of Jesus in this amalgam of Zionism (political doctrine) and Christianity (religion). Leaving Jesus out of Christian Zionist events is not uncommon as we discuss in our podcast:
