America is a war based economy, this is fundamental. Note that the stock market has gone six days out of seven since since President Obama announced the USA would bomb Libya. Please, do not take your eyes off the fact that primary Beltway support for new bomb dumping adventures come from interests that benefit from wars. We need to understand how these Warmakers sell us consumers on accepting new invasions where we pay them for killing other people\’s children.
Republican chairman of the House Homeland Security Committee, Peter King, vowed to continue to hold hearings on "Radicalization of American Muslims." On March 10, King\’s star witness against Islam was professing Muslim medical doctor Zuhdi Jasser. While these hearings were going on, James Clapper, the director of US National Intelligence, told the Senate Armed Services Committee “the Gadaffi regime will prevail” and the rebels do not have the power to resist. Concurrently, the State Department announced that the US lacks "legal authority" to act against Libya. All of these parties acted in concert to sell out the Libyan revolution.
A few days before USA and French operations began to divide and carve up Libya, we learn Saudi Arabia landed troops in Bahrain and began to kill demonstrators, carrying out big oil\’s interest with tacit approval of the USA. Thus, the first wave of popular revolution has been betrayed to the oil rigging, US friendly dictators. We finds ourselves in a press brown-out where and we cannot view either the bloodletting of those who revolted against Gadaffi, nor do we see civilians and ordinary, recruited Libyan soldiers who have been incinerated by our hundreds of million dollar each Cruise Missiles, and subsequent air-strikes.
Our war-based economy thrives on dictators with whom our leaders can deal easily, no matter how corrupt they are, like those in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. It is likely our acts will result in replacing one with another. The flesh and blood citizens of Libya, Egypt, and Palestine are not in the equation, except to their Muslims cousins and a few of us of other faiths committed to the hope of freedom and love of human life. The Arab revolutions we have seen in the streets will eventually succeed with God\’s help, but those battles will be longer and more painful than it appeared.
Egyptian patriots have defrocked an Israeli and American supported dictator, but they must now overcome a dynasty of entrenched "Central Bankers" who control the Egyptian money, and who will try to install one of their number. Patriots in Bahrain and Libya are fewer in number, and have a harder task because they sit on more oil than the Egyptians. They needed outside help, but not this help. Most Cruise Missiles kill innocent people. Evil is not destroyed by more evil.
Why was President Obama so quick to change his mind about "legal authority" to attack Libya? Was it for the oil, or was it because the Gadaffi just happened to be one Arab tyrant who hated Israel, who supported the Palestinians, and gave aid and comfort to the George Galloway\’s convoys as they drove through Libya on the way to Gaza? Galloway, speaking from Libya, told BBC, "Gadaffi is a thug," but "hundreds of civilians" have already been killed and wounded by US missiles and bombs.*

Freedom is under attack in the USA. Law abiding Muslims, and Christ followers are under siege from within. We need to be moral allies with each other for a war-free world, standing against every contrived war. We are different faiths, and competitors for the minds of men, but common ground is a mutual respect for the principles of life Jesus taught, a common desire for our children\’s freedom, and a humanitarian concern for the freedom of others, from Gaza City to Tripoli.
Let us recognize our friends and common adversaries. Representative Peter King is one of many professional Zionist. He is elevated to promote an anti-islamic theme to convince Americans it is dangerous to sympathize with Muslims, no matter how brutally they are treated. King himself told us what he is in a September 2007 interview with Politico, where he said, "There are too many Mosques in this country… There are too many people sympathetic to radical Islam… We should be looking at them more carefully and finding out how we can infiltrate them."
Congressman King tried later to wriggle out of his statements, and the original interview is now strangely blacked out on You Tube by lawsuits.
Dr Jasser has contribute to the agony of every hungry and oppressed Arab. He is more dangerous than dictators because he is among us. Jasser claims he separates his Muslim faith from state. His is a flexible Islam acceptable to big media, big oil, big banks, big military and big food — a faith he can take off like a jacket and hang up when he changes roles. Bright, articulate Zuhdi Jasser MD, knowingly or from self-deception, is doing a deadly job for Zionism, undermining the security of every Libyan and Gazans. To him, God\’s standard for the individual does not apply to the state or its officers. Is that not the Islam of Gadaffi and Mubarak? I am told Jasser is not seen, nor is he welcome in mosques in his home town of Phoenix, but he is very welcome in Congressman King\’s committee.
Poll taker, and frequently quoted Muslim James Zogby stops far short of the full truth when he observed: "Jasser heads a group with few members and is best known as a Glenn Beck long-time good friend. He can be counted on to attack Muslim organizations and to claim that Muslim Americans have become hostages of extremist ideologies and will not cooperate with U.S. law enforcement agencies."
Dr Jasser does much more to destroy Islam than James Zogby tells us. He is in fact selling a Neo-Islam that is acceptable the Neo-Cons like Glen Beck, and Neo-Christians who side with Israel\’s occupation of Palestine. Our USA has gravitate toward moral failure because Neo-Christians have not insisted on applying Jesus\’ life principles to the State. I hope Muslim will reject their example.
I prefer Muslim neighbors who stand by their standards and principles in every place and capacity, prayers five times a day, less crime than any group, no booze, no drugs, no all night teen parties, they take even take their shoes off in my home…they have me doing it. Muslims and a few Christ Followers and others of good will, are the key to freedom for Egyptians, Libyans, the homeless Philistines, as well as our own grandchildren in the USA.
One of those others of good will is diminutive, smiling, Medea Benjamin, founder of Cod Pink. I saw Miss Benjamin on TV protesting the hypocrisy of the King hearings inside the hearing room as best she dared without being dragged away. Only days before Miss Benjamin was seen standing with Muslims in Cairo’s Tahrir Square, and I had to fortune to meet her in Washington when we both spoke at an Al Quds rally. Her background is neither Christian or Muslim but she is there.
We Americans can not fix the government for Egyptians, Gazans, or Libyans until we fix our own house. We who follow Christ need to start by straighten out our our Neo-Christian churches who fail to stand for peace.
