California Governor Gavin Newsom signed a law authorizing local governments to charter public banks. We Hold These Truths sees this act as an enormous condemnation of the Federal Reserve controlled banking monopoly. The international bankers have used public money to finance every war since 1913. They will bring all their power to bear to try to stop the California Public Banking Act. The Public Banks will not dare to spend depositor money to fund wars, as the Federal Reserve now does every day.
