"Voter Caging" and why you should be aware of the implications
Editor A. N., PBS Aug 4, 2007
Voter Caging.
An American reporter working for the BBC broke the story of "voter
suppression" in the USA, leading to the current House investigations
(US Attorney, Gonzales, etc) that few understand the need for, or grasp
the importance of. For many this is either a partisan witchhunt, or
congressional showboating. This PBS NOW documentary connects the dots.
In interviews with BBC's American reporter, it explains what the BBC
discovered, shows the evidence, and why all American voters and
citizens should be concerned, regardless of party affiliation. [Editor A.N.: David Iglesias, one of the
fired U.S. Attorneys (New Mexico) who refused to perform "unethical and
unlawful" orders, was the model for Tom Cruise in the movie "A Few Good
Men." Iglesias has since returned to the military.]
