ELCA Lutherans Palestinian Peace Not Walls Campaign-Major Breakthrough

The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA) approved a resolution
calling on the U.S. government to end all aid to Israel if Israel does
not stop building settlements and “enable an independent Palestinian
state.” Voting at its triennial assembly in New Orleans that ended recently, the
church also sought a halt to all investment in companies that profit
from Israel’s occupation and called on the president of the United
States to recognize the State of Palestine. The ELCA has joined several other mainline Christian denominations in calling for a just and peaceful resolution to the Israel/Palestine conflict. Chuck Carlson and Tom Compton discuss this encouraging development and look at the greater context of it in this 16 min. podcast. Ref. ECLA’s Peace Not Walls campaign.

This is good news. Hope at last. A lasting peace. Forgive me if I do not believe.
In this page I read beneath rubric, Top Posts and Pages : In a confusing world of deception always mistrust the obvious.
A church which has less influence on congress than I do wants me to believe that sanctions like those earlier through the USA Episcopalian Church has declared against Israel will be effective?
Stramefully the same USA Episcopal Church suffered the loss of many of its parishioners from a schism. USA Church resolved to desecrate the church through its profanation which made the body of believers egalitarian which superseded penance and spiritual conversion. These are subversions no doubt from Israeli (Marxist)
design. When the plea for American sovereignty can not even survive committee on foreign relations controlled by Jews how do you think a bill against Israel should suffer the same enclave of Israeli prostitutes?
Less it be that the organization is a Zionist maneuver to control the Palestinians also as they have already done when Rachel Corey was set up for murder. Inquire if the treasurer of this organization is not “completed Jude”.

Paul, hope sometimes comes in small doses and from the least expected corners.
